Be Joyful!

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

1Thess 5:16 Be joyful always;
1Thess 5:17 pray continually;
1Thess 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

[From this short verse, I see clear direction in finding and living in God's will for our life. Be joyful, pray and give thanks in every situation you find your self.]

[I know, there are times when we don't feel like being joyful or thankful. There are days that we just can't bring ourselves to pray. But the Word says to do it regardless of how we feel.]

[So, let's work together to not focus on how we feel, but on the Word of God. When we think of God's provision, patience, love, sacrifice, salvation, and glory, it becomes easy to be joyful. It then seems natural to pray. How can we be anything but thankful???]
